1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GoGo Cleaning’s services and website. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “We/Us/Our” refers to GoGo Cleaning

  • “You/Your” refers to the customer booking our services

  • “Services” refers to cleaning services provided by GoGo Cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Appointment Confirmation

All bookings require confirmation via email or SMS. Your appointment is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service: No charge

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 25% of service fee

  • No-shows: Full service fee will be charged

3.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours notice. Same-day rescheduling may incur a 15% rush fee.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Our pricing is based on:

  • Property size and condition

  • Type of service requested

  • Frequency of service

4.2 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive pet hair removal

  • Heavy stain treatment

  • Extreme clutter

  • Special requests not included in standard service

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay)

  • Cash payments (exact change required)

5. Service Provision

5.1 Service Scope

Our standard cleaning includes:

  • Dusting and vacuuming

  • Surface cleaning

  • Bathroom sanitation

  • Kitchen cleaning (excludes interior appliances unless specified)

5.2 Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to all areas requiring cleaning

  • Secure pets during service

  • Notify us of any special requirements or fragile items

  • Ensure the property is safe for our staff

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1 Quality Assurance

If you’re unsatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost.

6.2 Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Areas excluded from the original service request

  • Issues reported after 24 hours

  • Problems caused by customer interference during cleaning

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 General Liability

We carry full liability insurance covering our cleaning staff and services.

7.2 Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not secured properly by the customer

  • Valuables left in cleaning areas

  • Damage to fragile items not disclosed before service

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
